History | I started collecting comics in 1978. Except for one series in particular, I only bought the random interesting issue, and had a wide range of DC and Marvel titles. The one series I did collect, was Star Wars. In late 1979, I discovered Iron Man, and those two series have been the backbone of my comics collection until the mid 90's. When Spawn #1 by Image Comics hit my comic book shop's shelves, I had a new "main" title. Iron Man and Spawn have been the only two series that I have collected continuously to the present. | |
